"Unfortunately my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer 1 month before my scheduled stay. Expedia were amazing and allowed me to proceed with a refund due to the terrible circumstances and wrote on my behalf to ask this hotel if they would permit a refund or allow me to reschedule my stay. They said NO! I lost £1500. I could have gone back within 12 months as American Airlines allowed me to reschedule but this lot saw an opportunity to capitalise. Thanks for nothing!"

"Recently remodeled tourist class hotel in the heart of Waikiki. Some rooms have partial ocean view. Staff are friendly. Room is well maintain & clean. Decent swimming pool & spa & gym equipment. International Market place, Target , super market are 1 minute away. Bus stop is just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. Locally owned food trucks are few mins away !! Been staying here in my past few visits !!"
