"Very disappointed from our stay at the Village. "

"Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property. "

"Out of our 6 day stay we had to ask for our rooms to be made first 3 days and finally someone did on 4th day. Had to constantly ask for room service for out of stock supplies. Mould in air conditioner. Was reported at front desk and nothing happened"

"Request high floors. Do not want 5th, 6th floor. We had 6th floor ocean view. Half the view you only see ugly roof. We requested a different room. Got it the next day. On 11th floor. Way better. Higher the better for ocean front views. Rooms are dated. Our first room had a funky unpleasant smell too. Pool is small. And crazy expensive valet (only option) at $60USD per night. And ridiculous “resort fees “ at $55 USD per day. But this seems to be common is a lot of US hotels. ? Staff were very nice. Location is great. Across the street from beach. Enjoyed our 11th floor lanai. Unfortunately we were also here during the 2nd big storm. So our week vacation, we only got 1 day without rain. "

"Extremely long walk to front desk. Extra costs was not listed sink water tag hot and cold water cannot be adjusted. Air cond airflow is too cold "

"My wife and I came to Waikiki for her Birthday and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel Greeted us with a lovely gift and an excellent room on the 31at floor. What an amazing view of Diamond Head! The room was vleaned and aupplies refreshed daily. The Adults Popl and HotbTub were absolutely wonderful. The location is also excellent for all.of what you might want to do."

"Good place only troubles were parking because there no where to park unless you Valet. And only 2 elevators in main tower. Makes things slow"

"As a Hotels.com VIP, we enjoyed the $50 gift certificate for breakfast, which was good. My husband enjoyed the avocado toast with salmon and I had the fruit and a chocolate croissant. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful staff especially Mike in luggage storage and Angie at the front desk. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The gym was excellent. The pool is small and cold but it was sparkling clean. "
