"The property was amazing with a lot to explore. The walkways around pools needs repairing. They rake the sand flat every night which was the best section of beach in Waikīkī! The rooms are nicely upgraded but bring earplugs as the a/c sounds like an airport was built in them. Good food offerings that are nicely presented, but over the top expensive. Be prepared to raise your credit card limit. Tropics restaurant needs to buy some condiments. Does anyone really want a dry hamburger? We had an amazing 8th floor Diamond Head/ocean view in the Rainbow Tower, but be prepared to open your billfold as well! Overall we gave it a 9/10 and would stay again."

"Mattress was old, soft and uneven. The pool crew was picking up garage and bring towel in and out at 5:30 in the morning. Told desk staff about at checkout and was called a liar. I told there was no way anyone was down there."
