"It is a little older property but the well maintained. I stayed in the renovated tower with the city/partial ocean view room. It is in a great location thats in walking distance to a lot of things. The Princess (Ube) pancakes were phenomenal."

"“We had a frightening experience during our stay when my wife needed emergency care. Jerry and Mike from the staff were absolutely incredible — they responded quickly, stayed calm, and made sure we got the help we needed without any hassle. They even arranged for us to stay an extra night so we could recover. Their kindness and professionalism during a really scary moment meant everything to us. Beyond Jerry and Mike, the entire staff — from the housekeeping team to the front desk — were highly personable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki is the one. Highly recommend.”"

"I booked a stay because we traveled with our three children and having a complementary breakfast included in your stay was the highlight incredible quality breakfast so many choices a three minute walk to the beach and so many great bonuses such as being able to borrow Sand toys and boogie boards towels. It just made our stay that much more great traveling with two teenagers and a small child. Staff was friendly and patient. Also there is a Domino’s inside the hotel, which is another great add-on for a late night snack."
