"The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating"

"Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations.
We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean."
