"Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself."

"There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room"

"I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. "Got there after driving 14hrs from Texas, when checked him the lady ate her shrimp first. Thenas she’s getting me checked in she goes to tell me the room SHOULD be okay but if not come back down. I go to the room and it has a weird smell, decided to go ahead and stay but went into the bathroom to find a roach and as i found that roach my fiancé finds roaches in the bed as well we took pictures and immediately grabbed out things went back and showed pictures to front desk and asked for a refund....
