"Staff members were very courteous. The only issue (which was promptly resolved by engineering) was a malfunctioning air conditioner that made the first night a bit uncomfortable and hot. There was an odor in the room that we think was possibly connected to the air conditioner? The smell went away on day two after the air conditioner was assessed and repaired by the engineer."

"Had another great stay at Hotel Winters. Came in hot for a dinner event nearby and our room was ready, bright, clean and new. Very friendly front desk staff greeted us kindly and even offered us a glass of wine - which was well received! Nice bar and restaurant - Carboni’s. Parking was easy with a well-lit lot attached and no charge for that. Beautiful night."
