"Renovated hotel with large rooms and easy free parking. However, the receptionist was not very inviting and the room was cold when we arrived. Warming it up took a while to work it out. The bar was only partially manned and breakfast was plentiful but missing orange juice."

"Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town."

"Our room was clean, warm and well-lit. We had selected a superior twin, but the view from the room was dreadful ! We were next to the boiler and there was ducting all over, rubbish and the exterior of the building at the back is very shabby. Just to note - there are no usb sockets in the room, so you need to bring your own adapter. There is also no phone - I suppose because everyone has their own these days.
