We had to ask to receive room service, I never received mines. Other hotels I’ve been to come clean the room everyday. This is the first where I didn’t receive any type of room service at all. I asked for towels and never got them. It was a bad experience and I don’t think I’m ever going back there.

When I checked in and got to my room all you had to do was push on the door, It would not lock! 2nd room locked but no hot water!

Where to start!!! The pictures online look nothing like it really is!!!! Room was clean as well as the lobby. That's it! No pretty waterfalls some pools were filled in with dirt! Some closed! Can't access the deck because they are rotting. None of the phones work in any rooms! Woke up to parties at 3:30 am. Front desk didn't answer when I called with my cell. Garbage in hallways. Hallways smelled like Marijuana and people cooking food in rooms. Most life guards were on cell phones except the ones that pace. Staff didn't care when I complained!!! Public health officials need to check this place out! Trust me don't go here!

Signage for usage of slides. Granddaughter was 41 inches tall. One life guard said she was ok but later another said no she was heart broken and cried.

Horrible, just filthy environment bugs everywhere including the pull out couch.. found nails, bugs, food crumbs on the bed sheet. We removed the sheets and blankets from the couch and took it to the front desk to get rid of it because we dont want the bug inside the room. Front desk got upset for us bringing it to her and leaving it on the cart she rather had us leave in the room for housekeeping to grab it in the morning. Thats disgusting to have bugs in your room all night to wait on housekeeping. How is it wrong to leave on the cart for front desk to get rid of it or take it to the laundry room. She said she's by herself, how so when she was talking to someone else in the room behind or next to the desk. Im sure she felt disgusted to take the bug sheets with her so that why she got mad complaining about us leaving it on the cart next to the front desk. She couldn't give us new sheets and new blanket, I have little ones and that were cold. At first she said thet dont have anything clean because housekeeping is gone, she kept arguing with me about the bug sheet we left next to the front desk for her to get rid of and made her aware about it. She finally gave up went to the back room brought me a blanket. Now I'm thinking is this the blanket with the bugs bc didnt she said they have no clean blanket and sheets. I asked her and she said it's the only blanket they have and she walked away. Didnt ask if there's anything else we need. So jusr Filthy and customer service.

Awful experience. The outside lazy river was out of order. The body slide was out of order. The lifeguards were more concerned with their phones then actually watching the water. There was a build up of mold on the sides of the pools. We had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Luckily we were able to get a different room.

It looked very run down. Old and things falling apart. Indoor pool not even open. Carpets in our room where dirty and disgusting. Outside grounds were very unkempt. One of the water slides was not functioning. Not enough tubes to go down the slide available for the people staying at the facility

The staff was rude and constantly offered for us to leave and get our money back. The sink wouldn't drain we couldn't get extra sheets and blankets for the let out couch we were in the apartment room which they called presidential suite but we couldn't get supplies like paper towels and Kleenex the icing on the cake was we finally got in touch with the manager and we're promised a portion of our money back and to this day still haven't received it.

You have housekeeping opening your room door without knocking n announcing themselves :( pool area close no sitting outside the resort at all smoking weed in the parking lots smelling it all in the hallways sofa bed broken down rugs all dirty n stains all in the room n hallways n the noise level high were you can hear out the hallways housekeeping not doing there job by keeping the resort super clean etc

I tried calling the day before check in to upgrade my room and no one answered the phone after being held in a queue for 1/2 hour. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. We were on the third floor with a balcony. The sliding glass door was sealed closed and had a sign saying there was a $100 fee if door was opened. Stating it was under construction. There was no construction happening on the resort property. The lazy river was permanently closed? The landscape was over grown. The pool chairs are from 1990's. There were no pool towels, I had to go to front desk and request some. They state no food or drink allowed in water park areas, yet have no venue to sell anything, and I did see people with coolers and glass bottles by the pool. The lifeguards were there, but too busy on their phones to watch kids. We will not be back.

I really didn’t care for having to pay the resort fee for a water park that wasn’t open when we arrived.

Good value for what i paid. The family had fun the rooms were clean and comfy and the pool facilities were pretty good.

Was nice stay. However they don’t have any bar & grill. No place to buy drinks or food inside resort which made me sad

The beds were rock hard. The outside pools were closed except for one. The inside pool was decent but small there was a hot tub. The room was newly remodeled and spacious but the beds were so hard. Only 1 water slide of the 2 was able to be used. The beds were loud and sounded like at any moment it would break just from sitting on it. Mold around the patio door. Outside grounds were not maintained and everything was overgrown. Staff wore plain clothes couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't and they weren't overly friendly at all. No gift shop like the booking said there was. One door was taped where the glass was broken, a safety hazard. All of the common areas smelled of weed, and the elevators too. Decent water pressure in the shower. Only 3 of the outlets in the entire room worked. Tv was near impossible to watch as it buffered every 10-15 seconds. We were able to finally watch decent tv when I used my Netflix. This used to be a very nice place, now it's dark and gloomy and dirty. No chairs on the balcony which also had a decent sized step down. We could hear everything from the rooms on either side and the hallway. All in all not a great stay. I won't be back
