"Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). "The staff was so very helpful and nice. Every request we made was met quickly and with a smile. This city doesn't sleep much in the center so it isn't very quiet outside but the inside of the hotel was very peaceful and we slept very well! Very clean and comfortable!"
