"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.

"Check in was simple with front desk/security staff (open 24 hours). WiFi was easy to connect, but on our final day, it would not connect to the TV no matter how many times we tried. The room was as depicted online, however, the comforter had a huge stain and there was only 3 full-sized towels. The washer was easy to use, but the dryer kept stopping even if the clothes were still wet. I had to start it over and over until the clothes were dry. "The room is small, without a chair and the bed's overhead reading light didn't work. Thin small bath towels, spotty television service, and lack of trash pickup as advertised made the visit less pleasant. Location is good, parking was difficult to find. "

"The rooms cleanliness was not the greatest. The bathroom had someone's hair all over the toilet and floor. The property does not have elevators so carrying luggage was a hassle BUT the maintenance man was so generous enough to help us ladies carry a suitcase up 3 floors. I booked for a queen due to sharing a bed with a friend and it was a double. It was not worth the price for one night."
