"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "The house has potential but needs some improvement. The cleanliness could be better. it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. A few spotlights weren’t working, and one of the bed frames was broken, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great and worked well. Communication with the host was generally good, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. With a few fixes, this place could be much more enjoyable. "
