"Handy hotel. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, soap and soap scum all over the bathroom sink. We arrived so late we were honestly too tired to complain. I wouldn't book this again."

"Hotel yang bersih, layanan check in cepat, resepsionis sangat informatif, lokasi dekat bandara, nyaman, makanan enak, namun ruangan kamar lumayan sempit"

"The staff in the rooftop bar were hard to communicate with and not terribly warm. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom, which these days I consider a basic amenity, particularly because of the high room rate. It was very, very convenient!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Highly recommend"

"Great room, good service at bar.hotel clean and welcoming"

"Terrible experience"

"Clean room quiet"

"No hotel shuttle. Airport “Hotel Hoppa” charged $15 and dropped off at random spot requiring a walk in the rain to get to hotel. Hotel itself was okay and staff was helpful regarding options for return trip to airport."
