"Not good for elderly senoirs. The beds are too high. The floors are slippery. My sink got clogged. The showers didn't drain. No coffee pot in rooms as advertised. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking section. I asked for a room close to elevators and not on higher floors. It was hard on my elderly parents. The staff was great though. Kids screaming in the hallways at night. Kids throwing up in the pools. Not relaxing at all. Good for single people and young families. "

"The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance.
