"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. The stay this time I wasn’t impressed! I booked two rooms and it was great they were beside each other , my husband and I stayed in one and my daughter and her friend stayed in the other one. Unfortunately it went downhill from there, my husband and I came back after dinner and my daughter and her friend went out after and returning they find out their keys didn’t work and they were told they had to leave and couldn’t get their things because they weren’t to be in that room? They told them we had two rooms booked and those were the keys the was given to them. They argued with them and wanted them to pay for another room… finally after awhile they finally gave them a room down the hall. They didn’t wake us up but I found out about it in the morning and wasn’t impressed. In the morning checking out I mentioned it to the staff and they didn’t care told me to email the hotel. I won’t be staying there again."
