"Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall. "Grubby room. Bathroom was dirty. No air con. Bed comfy but definitely wouldn’t stay again."

"The high handed attitude about not servicing the room daily as they are a sustainability hotel. That shouldn’t mean dirty cups not removed and replaced with clean ones or empty refreshments tray. I did not expect to have to have any such conversation. My bed was not made, but I can live with it. Dirty crockery left outside rooms in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained."
