"The view is absolutely incredible and the pool is nice. However, unfortunately we had a bad experience. The property does not seem to have wifi and the restaurant does not appear to be operational. We were unable to get a Gojek, so you'll need transport. Communication with staff was challenging. The pathway to the beach (not a private beach) and village was also challenging. The room - especially the bathroom - could have done with a clean. "

It was only let down by the very loud noise of the air con fan and the wifi cut in and out constantly especially in our room. "Amazing and friendly staff who are always looking out for you and your wellbeing. The place was 200m away from the market which has local delicious food. It is also 100m from the Tugu Yogyakarta which has many cafes at the roundabout. It’s also 5min away by car to the Tugu Yogyakarta train station and 5-15min away from malioboro mall. The swimming pool is a relaxed and conducive place."

The staff Gadang, Dandi from house keeping and Edward from breakfast area were helpful. All staff were polite and respectful. My brother introduced Tentrem to me then I tried then I love it. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler.
