"The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room."

"The apartment worked well for me, near the art museums i wanted to go to. Only stayed one night but it was very good, comfortable & clean. Great to have a car park."

"Room was very clean, single bed however needs revamping from a cut up double bunk , struggled reaching the AC remote and only 2 cups and glasses for 3 people. Very helpful supplying us with cutlery for our meal. They are working on doing the property up. Traffic very noisy. Yes I would stay there again when needing to be at QCH."

"Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean. Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed"

"Nice size room, very comfy bed, pillow was a bit big and firm for my liking, but that is personal preference. Great shower, although no for the tall. Cleanliness was great."

"First room was dirty. Moved rooms, needed linen changed on bed, took 1.5hrs for assistance. Very minimal water pressure and hot water."

"Loved the many power outlets near the bed. Huge tv with foxtel channels. Great shower with two separate shower heads. Even though it was a short stay it was very pleasant. One down point was the room has little natural light and can be dark without lights on even in the day."

Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."
