"We totally loved our stay here. I totally recommend staying here when visiting D.C. as you can walk to everything, and we did just that. The view of the White House and the rest of D.C. from the roof top is just stunning. I hope to get the chance to stay here again. It is right across from the Treasury building, the White House and the Hamilton restaurant. "This is a great location - walkable to the metro. So you can park and easily take that into DC. On the orange and gray lines which go most of the DC highlights. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and the property was clean. Parking garage is tight. I would not want to be in a larger suv or truck."

"This is a safe, nice hotel on a college campus in a great location of DC. The staff was friendly and professional. The only thing we had an issue is with allergies. Seemed like a dust issue as the rooms all have the air conditioning with recycled air. Overall great property."

"I stayed at this hotel this weekend while attending an event in DC and was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. The floors appeared not to have been vacuumed or mopped and felt dirty from the moment I checked in.
The exterior of the property was also poorly maintained, with overgrown grass and an overall neglected appearance.

"This was an overnight stay for a family memorial service. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and the buffet was clean and restocked continuously. Our room was clean.
My only complaint is that the heat/air unit in the room was filthy which was concerning in regards to air quality. Bringing my air purifier would have remedied this.
I would stay again."

"The front desk staff at night was, Luke warm, the front girl in the morning was amazing and helpful.
The room was clean, but the hair dryer had black smoke and debris coming out of it, and started to catch fire. Had to turn it off quickly.
I went to the local mall, came back and my room key was deactivated, the overnight lady only had me in for one night instead of the 2 I paid for. The girl at front desk apologized and fixed it for me.
People just hanging around in the driveway smoking....

"As usual we go to check in and everything was fine. A young man named Amier checked us in & everything was great. We went to the garage to park the car & gather our luggage to head to the room & imagine our surprise when the elevator was out of service. We were NOT told this upon checking in. There were no signs as to were to go. We had to search the garage for the stairs. My husband carried the luggage but we had other bags that were not light that I had to carry up 2 flights of stairs.
