"Overall the property itself is very clean and beautiful. We had high expectations but there were just a few things that fell short. We paid for a city view room, but when checking in were told we would be on the 6th floor so I asked about the view, and the receptionist said they weren’t sure why they advertise the rooms as city view because there weren’t really any rooms with much of a view, which was disappointing especially after choosing the more expensive room option.
