"The arrival was as planned. My Expedia reservation included a sofa bed which was clearly written on the reservation. At 430pm checkin I was given a suite which was suppose to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which is enough to sleep 5 persons. It was not until we returned to the suite at midnight that we tried opening the sofa bed, but it turned out to be a regular non sofa bed. By this time my kids were already in bed and settled in. I went to the front desk to inquire what had happened. ...

"Pink Shell is a great place to stay with lots of things to do without leaving the resort. The resort was very clean and staff were pleasant. There are many different places to purchase food and drinks and plenty of free fun activities. The included breakfast is a step above and was very convenient. This location is at the end of the Blvd, but is well within walking distance to the area downtown. There is also a shuttle trolley that's very convenient for those unable to walk much. "Room was fully equipped, I had issues with Parking. In ad it said Parking on site included in price, or off-site for $20/ day. We parked vehicle on Grounds and didn't move it for 4 Days but was charged $80 anyways. Nice that Everything is Available on site, food, bars, Beach chairs, shopping, coffee. Restaurant on roof has good food and Breakfast was nice. Other Issue: Our Room was on 5th floor. Next floor up is Sky Deck/ Bar/ Restaurant/ Lounge: Kinda Loud noise coming Through the Ceiling.
