Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. "The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt...

"The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the free delicious breakfast! The lady working in the breakfast area was meticulous about replacing food/drinks when supply was running low, and she frequently cleaned up the serving areas and the tables in the dining area. I never saw her stop! The only complaint I have is that the AC unit in our room was really loud."
