Sadly when I asked for my room to be cleaned and sheets be changed before we left for the day, I was disappointed to see that our room had not been serviced at all. Then when I brought it to their attention they just offered to give me the sheets so I could change them myself! Breakfast was also disappointing. We went down by 7:30 and they were already out of several food items. They shared that they were low staff and fully booked. I wish they would focus on giving people a positive experience rather thank filling up the hotel when they don’t have the personal."
