"The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. But the smell was terrible. I stayed here two separate times within a couple of weeks apart and it was the same both times. There is a terrible smell of weed in the elevators and in the common areas. So much so that it seems like the hotel tries to mask the smell with an overwhelming cleaner smell. It’s extremely strong as soon as you walk in the doors. And we were there for 3 nights and never got fresh towels. They took our old towels, but when we asked...

"Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by."

"Our internet was never able to connect and the attendant tried their best to help. My daughter went to shower and screamed because there was at least a 2-inch cockroach in the shower. The shower spout was not connected to the wall all the way. Lastly, and I am 1,000% not making this up: There is a wooden divider between one of the beds and the pull out couch. I looked over and there were 3-4 boogers stuck on the divider. We were offered a different room, but by this time it was close to 10:30...

"Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,"

"Asked on reservation for ground floor. Wife can’t navigate stairs. Room was on third floor. Elevator not fully functional. Would not return to ground from third floor. Waiting on part. Clothes iron did not work. Control panel on A/C did not work so could not change settings. It ran sort of."
