"Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping."

"I absolutely loved this place and the staff. Everything exceeded our expectations! There was a restaurant on site that I was not expecting and made this over the top wonderful for our stay. Wonderful location, beautiful view, suburb food, atmosphere was delightful and wished we had stayed more than a night."

"Parking was fine; plenty of spaces. The sign in the breakfast room said breakfast from 7 to 9. As of 7:20, and even after dinging the call bell several times, there was NO response and no breakfast and we needed to leave. "

"The pool and hot tub were under renovation when we were there. The contractor was there early in the morning working on the pool and hot tub on the weekend that we were there and this was noisy."

"I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. "The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred. The TV remote was covered in dried-on food, and there were stains on the rug and walls near the window. There was also no handsoap in the bathroom, so we opted to just use the shower...

They didn’t offer the continental breakfast because there wasn’t enough people staying there the night I was. The staff did their best to bring us some of the food options to our room but it was a very limited selection of items."
