"The quality of the room. The blackout blind was broken so I could not close it. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash stand in the shower was broken and there is water damage at the bottom of the door framing in the bathroom. The curtain was also very dusty. Overall the rooms need to be of a higher standard, the photos were very misleading. When walking to room 1103 it can be quite jarring to look into the service area and sometimes the doors were wide open looking into the service area."

"Check in was efficient. All the staff throughout my stay were excellent. Breakfast was great.
My criticism is the lack of clothes storage in the room. I had a king Seaview; There was an open hanging space but no drawers and only a couple of shelves for clothes. For a 6 night stay this was inadequate for a solo traveller, it would have been doubly difficult for a couple. There is no full length mirror and no makeup mirror.
