Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection
Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long

Clean room and bathroom, welcoming staff. My only grumble is the menu at the restaurant for dinner - all very carb based and no options for diabetics really at all. The waiting staff tried their absolute best to tweak the menu for me, but they didn’t even have many basic salad ingredients like cucumber ...
