"Storage heater wouldn't switch off, even after switching it off at the mains. This was during a heatwave where it was 38° outside and the temperature inside the flat was approaching 50°. Host refused to respond, Hotels Agent wouldn't help either. We had to hang out in the Lobby, where there is air-conditioning.
