Apartments in Worcestershire

"Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. "Storage heater wouldn't switch off, even after switching it off at the mains. This was during a heatwave where it was 38° outside and the temperature inside the flat was approaching 50°. Host refused to respond, Hotels Agent wouldn't help either. We had to hang out in the Lobby, where there is air-conditioning. Host let himself into the flat without knocking or bothering to introduce himself, after several days of ignoring the issue, just to try and gaslight us about the temperature. They...
