The location is great, it was overall clean and I liked the toiletries. You can do a much better hotel in San Diego for the same price."

"The room needed repairs (worn frames/edges, couch, and bathroom), cleanliness was subpar (I found a toenail on the leather couch, there was feces on the outside of the toilet, and the bathroom smelled terrible), and there were stains on the sink’s counter. I was sick and decided to spray and wipe everything down myself with disinfectant. This was my first and last Hard Rock Hotel I will stay at. $2,000 for 4 nights was uncalled for with the low level of cleanliness and quality of the room. "
