"The rooms are very very outdated, dirty floors and tables. The restroom was in horrible condition with a musty smell towels didn’t look clean. Had to go buy my own towels and bed sheets for the bed since it had stains. Very disappointing in this property. The rating on this must of been years back. The parking was real limited and narrow."

"I like the location, easy walk to port, restaurants, museums. This hotel is poorly run/maintained. I could feel the springs in the mattress (plus a dip) on my side. No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask reception for one. No blow dryer in room. The chest drawer would not stay closed. I had to prop with a napkin. No coffee maker. Only two bath towels in room, I had to request additional. No “do not disturb door hanger”. The swimming pool area was closed and the pool empty. The window...

"Outside noise, other guests, were annoying- but we were on eastern time still in pacific time zone- but a very clean room, wonderful location and very helpful front desk! San Pedro is a lil hidden gem!"

"After a stressful drive via several highways loaded with traffic, we were greeted enthusiastically by the night shift lobby staff. The smiling clerk provided a quick and easy check-in, and the parking instructions were very helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and again the staff were friendly and attentive."

"The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy"
