"Woke up with bedbug bites. no soap or towels in my room when I checked in. Hair in the bed. Dirty mugs. ordered room service with the QR code in the room, waited an hour then when I asked where it was I was told by staff that the QR code isn’t in use anymore, why have that in the room if it is not in use, I lost money over it."

"Check in terrible and awkward
Room unbearably hot
Light switch broke and they wouldn’t help so had to ‘sleep’ with the lights on
Staff are useless - they recommended I use earplugs to help with my light issue
Didn’t know I had already paid for breakfast
If you ask for assistance with anything they refer you to Expedia
Room is basically a sauna in a shoe box
Never ever stay here"
