We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly. The property is beautiful even though there are some items that need updating. Nothing crazy. Just details I noticed. But I would stay here again. These items wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. It’s really close to the tube so it’s very convenient.

We had an excellent experience at Melia. The staff were very kind and always helpful with questions. Check in and check out were very smooth. The room was very comfortable. The location was great too. Out of the more crowded areas of the city and near a tube stop with good food nearby. Would definitely return.

Words can't describe what a wonderful time we had at the Melia Kensington. The decor was elegant and feminine, we loved being greeted warmly by the staff each time we "returned home", the convenience of on site breakfast was a great way to start our days. The attached floral shop was an unexpected visual treat. But beyond all this, it was the way we were treated that makes this hotel a 5 star accommodation for us. We felt like VIPs. The little personal touches like the handwritten note, birthday balloons and the sweet treats left in our room, truly brought tears to my eyes. We love the Melia and our only regret was not staying longer. Until we meet again!
