"Hello… well first off we were never told that the place would be under construction during our stay (which made our mornings loud and early) 2nd the WiFi didn’t work..3rd the bigger shower head in our room didn’t work as well was broken….4th the televisions in the room couldn’t be used at the same time as the remotes would change both tvs regardless what room u were in. 5th we couldn’t get ice at our disposal! Over all if these things weren’t a factor our stay would have been 5 out of 5"
