入住前民宿業者不會主動寄信通知入住相關資訊，要自行電話聯絡。 住宿地點在土地公廟旁，早上進香團多鞭炮聲大。 民宿未提供停車，可自行停土地公廟旁廣場。 八人房房間隔音一般，會聽到隔壁房聲音，有一間和室門是霧玻璃，易受客廳燈光影響。客廳公共空間未提供冷氣。

照片上說明「時尚雙人房，可入住 5 人 (包括最多 3 位兒童)」，我們一家二大二小(5歲/10歲)入住時，卻臨時要收加床費800元，說什麼我們多帶人來，要收人頭費800元/人，後來說要算我們便宜只收一人就好，我電話上跟老闆娘說我們已在訂房網付清費用了，加床就加床，口氣不用這麼差! 入住時房間冰箱飲料沒清理，地上還有沙子，整體有待加強!
