Very noisy. I am not sure if it was kareoke or the bar but piano and music sounds super loud every night until midnight or past midnight. I stayed in floor 45.

WAY TOO HOT
Could barely breath! The air con was set at 25 and with the windows being totally sealed it was difficult to sleep at night. they provided a separate fan but for a supposed 5 star hotel seems ridiculous you cant control the heat to suit your own needs

Checking in was very low efficiency and the room soundproof was very very bad so that we were always waken up by next door. it takes very long to get deposit back although they promised they would return it to me right away but I haven’t received it after 1 working day I left.

The service is impeccable
I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi. It is in the center of Wuxi close to most places of interest to us. The service is impeccable. All the staff we met were informative, helpful and courteous.

The hotel is spacious, clean and quite. It is adjacent to the center of the city and has a few steps to the metro.

5 stars except for wifi and food
Wifi speed was poor. Food was average. Everything else about the stay was excellent though, especially the warm and attentive service.

Great breakfast and great location and very comfortable bed. Can't play your own movies on TV. The business center has only one computer, next to the reception desk, hard to read screen against the sky, no microsoft office on the computer, all in Chinese.

Best hotel in City centre of Wuxi
Very convenient location with subway nearby. Shopping mall is just next door with almost everything you need. Hotel was extremely busy during CNY holiday but staff were trying their best to provide good services. Both breakfast and dinner buffet were well prepared.

Pretty Nice Looking Hotel - Room Problem
Overall I thought that the hotel was pretty good. Quite new looking, well decorated. The rooms have a sliding wood door between the bedroom and the bathroom that is not easy to lock, but that's fine (some places have glass walls, which I dislike much more). I had a king bed and it was pretty comfortable. But I had 2 main problems with the room: 1) my room had a door that can be opened to connect to the room next door. That door did not block sound, and the Chinese woman in the room next door was very loud. Until 4am in the morning! It ruined my night's sleep. 2) when I finally was able to sleep after the woman was quiet, a couple of hours later the sun came up and the room was very bright. I thought that the curtains are light-blocking, but they barely block any light :(.

A signature building with a great city view.
The hotel has a helpful and friendly staff, especially the Regency club, Special thanks to Sherry for being so helpful. The location is great for what I wanted to do, its a signature building and has the best city view. The only problem i had was finding the entrance since the hotel doesn’t have the hotel’s name or a sign at the main entrance. All the same i will highly recommend Hyatt Regency Wuxi to all wanting to visit Wuxi.

Nice Hotel in downtown area
Everything was perfect but the WiFi. The hotel staff tried to help have it solved but the problem remained unsolved.

The BEST in Wuxi
This place is amazing. Stay here for one night just for the buffet. You'll enjoy yourself VERY much. My only problem was that I had no idea how to work the thermostat. It was 4 buttons and every time I put the temperature lower, it went higher. I was very concerned how hot it was getting by the time I was leaving.

A new and quality hotel and it will improve fast.
The restaurant staff was not properly trained. My dons packet was spoiled due to fish gravy careless over it. Other than that, it is a great stay.
