"Upon walking in, the woman at the front desk barely greeted me as she was eating something. She asked for my credit card and license then sat there with towels for a young boy, who was dripping wet from the pool walking through the lobby. We also discovered no pool towels at the pool, once we found the pool on our own later. She then told me to keep my card out, popped up a charge and told me to pay without explanation of what it was for. I politely asked, then had to ask for parking info. She wrote me a parking pass handed me the room keys and said I was all set. No “thank you, enjoy your stay, let us know if you need anything” or ANY direction as to where to park, the elevators, our room, the pool etc. was. I politely asked if what I had observed as I walked in was correct for these item & she just said mhmm. The pool area was small & very dimly lit, but enough to appease my 8 & 10 year old. The room was clean, it was close to everything and the view of the city was great!"
