"We checked in with our dog who has severe food allergies. She immediately found food under the desk. I tried to pull her back and opened her mouth, but was only able to get a small piece of whatever it was out of her throat. She went crazy sniffing. We've stayed in many pet rooms, but she has never acted so frantic. She then found more food behind the garbage can. I called and spoke with the manager who was super kind and very apologetic. I asked if i could use their vacuum and she brought it to...

"The heat didn’t function. Pool area was 57 degrees! Front desk said she just turned heat up. We stayed for maybe 10 mins. It was way too cold. The water was steaming and the water was maybe 60 degrees tops! Pool was filthy dirty, hot tub wasn’t working and out of order. Couldn’t get room to heat up. Breakfast was bad. No apple juice, cold scrambled eggs and some mushy potatoes. No meat or protein left. Still over 45 mins of breakfast remained…… Tried to speak to front desk upon checkout...
