"Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again"

"Had a great stay at Queens Plaza Hotel. Denise and John keep a lovely place, nice comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth it in my opinion. Nicely located a few minutes tram ride from the centre of blackpool. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"We took my 85 year old father in law
I emailed the hotel before hand to request we be put as near to him as possible,
when we arrived the staff only new about the one room, till I told her
They put him in a family room on the fourth floor and myself and husband on the first floor, but we swapped rooms with him, because the room had two high steps which he would have found difficult
, They didn't seem at all concerned
To are dismay only one room had a phone in it, so we was unable to contact...

"Look, it’s completely run down in the rooms but it’s convenient, the entertainment was good, nice bar and has a swimming pool. I paid £35 for a night, you can stay absolutely NOWHERE for that price. My room was clean just outdated. No hairs or anything. The mattress was hard.
