"The host is very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The accommodation is spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. In the morning, full English breakfast is served. There is a lovely pub nearby and there are good walks around the nearby lakes. All in all, great location and good value for money."

"Very nice modern hotel. Nicely decorated. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the historic city centre in a quiet residential area. Has restaurant, bar and a good cafe. Room was very nice Good size, loads of storage space, very good overhead shower. Good size fridge. Leisure facilities include a long but narrow swimming pool with spa jets along one side, steam room and sauna (currently being refurbished so not in use). "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were new and absolutely spotless, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short 5‑minute walk. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic in every way: comfortable bed, spacious, room, good free breakfast, quiet, cozy hotel with elevator, super-friendly and accommodating staff, a variety of good restaurants and sites nearby. Botanical gardens and university sites are within an easy 10- to 20-minute walk, depending on location. Early luggage drop-off and later afternoon pickup were no problem. Weather in December was 42-50 with a sprinkle of rain. Would definitely recommend! "
