"I stayed there 4 days for business reasons.
All perfect. The only thing I suggest to the restaurant Atmosphere is about the tips. Some waiters behavior push the customers to grant a tip. Sometimes it could be embarassing especially when the customer is not alone. "

"Clean room with great staff being very helpful. Staff was able to set up my ride to and from airport. They also set up two tours for me. The staff was so awesome that they let me leave my luggage with them after 10am checkout since my flight was in the evening. Can't say enough!"

"Staff was always welcoming each time we returned. Location is short walk to St. Mary Basilica and lots of restaurants. Place is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and warm. Kept luggage for free with an early arrival. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!"

"Very clean, spacious comfortable room with kitchenette. Had everything I needed. 2 minutes walk to the train station and shopping center.
Only fault was people parking cars during the night chatting outside and dragging luggage past the window.

"The rooms where cleaned everyday. The staff also where happy to get us more teabags, Milk and sugar. The hotel is full of luxury. My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet...
