As we know, Xi’an is one of the most ancient city in China with a long history over 300 years. The design our hotel is a reflection of the palace of prosperous Tang dynasty. Besides, Hyatt Regency Xi’an is located in a central area of many historical tourism sites, like WILD GOOSE PAGODA, TANG PARADIDE. Hopefully, you can have another exploration in Xi’an and it would be nice to see you again.

Dear Guest, we are so sorry about hotel location issues. Becase the hotel location data showed on expedia web is from Google, Xi'an has Hyatt Regency years ago,so the location is oldest, not the update information.The cooperation between Google and China is not very well,so the location is not correct now.But we have try our best to contact Google company and Expedia to update the location as soon as possible. we want to say sorry again to you. Sincerely.

Dear Guest, first of all,thank you for your comments. Second, i have confirmed with our front desk colleagues, they has already cancel your credit card deposit. We know your room fee is paid by Expedia, but in China's hotel normally, front desk will charge a deposit as incidentals deposit, if guest has other expenses at hotel, and the deposit will cancel upon check-out. And for your information, because your credit card is international card, not a local card, so it maybe need about 20 days retune to your card. thanks for your understanding.
