"This hotel is an amazing hotel. Its the best hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast is good. The staff are well trained, professional and kind. Especially Parisa and Emma. These 2 were very helpful and nice."

"The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. Check in/out was very fast and efficient. We were there in May and the weather is hot/humid, the air conditioning is very strong and cold, that made us very comfy in the room. The location is very close to subway station - Huangsha Station, the entrance is next to the hotel, very convenient. We did not use vpn and therefore most of the sites were blocked which is expected, other than that, everything was good during our stay."

"Located right on shopping strip. Convenient to shopping and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and ready to serve. 24 hours laundry free service. Good breakfast and free tea/coffee during the day. One note that the location is not accessible via car due to located right on shopping strip. A few steps from main road. Recommend hotel’s phone number to call ahead. We stayed for 4 nights. Great hotel. "

"The location of the hotel was great. Being part of the Marriott brand, I was expecting better services n standards. Called the front desk on few occasions, but the staff didn’t sounded too friendly. I was also upset that my corridor smelled of soured durian husks for almost half of my stay there. Today surprised that durian was allowed in the hotel and the smell was left to linger for so many days. Totally not something I’ve expected from the brand."

"Great location, small room, not clean, broken tiles on the floor, uneven floor tiles, hotel needs a complete refit. Cheap and cheerful, AC worked but dripping water! Would not stay again. If you want cheap and rough this is for you. I moved to another hotel 100 m away for double the month that’s lovely."

"地理位置优越，环境不错，房间也很舒适，前台carman和celine两个人服务非常棒，马上办理入住手续和满足客人的需求。由于离酒店是早上很早，值班经理还非常帮忙的帮助我们把行李拿出外面，服务非常好，感谢。但是发现2号楼的客房服务不是很到位，我们用过的水杯和咖啡杯并没有清理，咖啡和茶并没有补充，出现这个问题共有两次，也投诉了两次，第二次的时候先打电话到客房服务跟小姐姐服务员说了，居然说不在他们服务范围内，让我们非常不满意，然后投诉到客房经理，客房经理居然说之前电话是AI回答，这样推卸责任的回答让人非常无语。我住2号楼之前在同一酒店的1号楼住过，1号楼清洁从来没有这种问题，这让我很失望，希望以后会有所改进。"

The hotel located in a busy residential neighborhood which is convenient to find authentic Cantonese foods with variety and CHEAP price and many bubbles teas shops to choose. "

"Good location, great design, helpful staff always ready. Good value. What could be improved: The Shenzhen location is better. The Guangzhou location doesn't provide refrigerators in the room. People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "
