"What a beautiful hotel. Very aesthetic and very guest oriented. Kyriaki is brilliant and so very guest oriented. Every query of ours was reverted to regardless of what time we asked. Our stay was wonderful and the view from our room with balcony so beautiful. Amenities are very well laid, and housekeeping does a wonderful job daily in cleaning and resetting the room. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them.
