"DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to". Our room was right next to the elevator- and the door was paper thin you can hear the ding of the elevator every several minutes. You can hear every step that someone makes in the hallway and above you. "I checked in and went to my room, only to find blood on the sheets. I was able to switch to another room, but unfortunately the overall cleanliness was still an issue. There was mold in the shower, and the room only had a sheet—no proper blankets. I wasn’t expecting luxury since this is a budget motel, but I did expect basic cleanliness and comfort. Sadly, that standard wasn’t met. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
