1〜2階が飲食店のビルで3階がフロント、4階は大浴場、5階〜客室。 宿泊客以外も利用出来るエレベーターで治安面での不安があったが、エレベーター利用は、ほぼ宿泊客。防犯上、フロントの3階で必ず扉が開くシステムになっており安全。 大浴場は広々して綺麗に清掃された浴槽とサウナが設置されており快適だった。 客室は、シングルルームだったがベッド1台分位の広いスペースが有り居心地良かった。 無駄な物が無い分、ロビーでのフリーレント家電やボトル入りシャンプーやスキンケア品、長期滞在者向けの洗濯物干しスタンド等が用意されており、スタンドライトをお借りして活用。 朝食は品数少ないながらも、山形ならではの芋煮、玉コン、肉そば、ダシ、が揃っており ボリューム有る内容。 フリーのドリンクサービスは、コーヒー以外が24時間利用出来る、宿泊費に対して全体的に納得、満足出来るホテルでした。 駅からも近く好立地。リピートしたいと感じました。

駅からは徒歩5分以内、周りは飲食店の多いエリアで、便利だと思います。 建物はかなり年季が入っている感じで、禁煙ルームにしましたが、タバコの匂いの染みついた感がありました。 浴槽は極小、溜めたお湯を流したら、ユニットバスのトイレの方に流れ出てしまい、床はびちゃびちゃ。栓を半分だけ開けた状態で流しました。 部屋にあったヘアドライヤーは、hotにしても冷風しか出ませんでした。 チェックインはアジア系の若い外国人男性がしてくれましたが、日本語で頑張って対応してくれて、そこが唯一の良かった点でしょうか。 お値段もかなりお安く泊まれたのであれこれうるさく言うのも申し訳ないですが、お風呂やドライヤーは、改善していただけると嬉しいです。

スタッフのかたは優しかったし、笑顔もあった。ただ女性大浴場が使えず、部屋の風呂の排水が、溢れ出てきたのはビックリした。こんな事、初めてでした。早く大浴場修理してほしいです。

最悪のホテル

ホテルは今、外装の工事中で窓の景色が息苦しいことを除けば値段相応と言うべきかと思いますが、予約手続きに大いに問題があります。 ネットからの予約でしたが、シングルの部屋に朝食付きを選択したはずなのにチェックインしたら朝食なしになっていて料金も予約時の金額から高くなっていた。 フロントの係員はインド系の外国人で日本語に問題があり、私の名前を毎回間違えるし本当に気分が悪かった。
