"駅から遠く、交通の弁はあまり良くありませんでしたが、施設はとてもキレイで、下の階にスーパーがあり、良かったです。
宿泊者サービスでバスソルトを好みで作れるのが嬉しかったです。アメニティのシャンプーもチープなものではなく都城のものが使われていて、たいへん好印象でした。
朝10:00を過ぎると、スタッフの方が廊下をドタバタ走っていらっしゃり、それが部屋まで響いていました。こだわりがたくさんあっていいホテルなのに少しだけそれが もったいなく感じ、☆をひとつ減らしました。ですが、とても満足で、また利用したいですし、おすすめしたいです。"
