"Owner was a sweetheart we met because of our confusion regarding heating unit. Road traffic is sometimes noisy, but not a real issue this time of year.

"The house was cute, well appointed and just right for our small group of women. Contrary to the advertisement, the property is not walking distance to any food, and is 6 miles from Biltmore Village (there are some restaurants about 3 miles away). I think it's more than 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville as well.
