"連泊したが、飲んだティーパックがそのままの状態でずっと置かれてあったり、ティッシュも空っぽでもらいに行った。 トイレットペーパーも残りわずかな状態で換えのペーパーはなし。 タオルは毎日交換され、シーツ交換はないが、きれいにベッドメイキングされていた。 1階のフリーコーヒーは美味しい。 あとは中国あるあるなので驚きはしなかったが、エレベーターが一基、1階に着いても開かず、また上に上がるという不具合。 場所は最寄りの駅までは10分くらい歩くが、ほとんどタクシー移動なので問題ない。 ホテルで外卖するとロボットが部屋まで届けてくれる。 ホテルはリーズナブルなので、次回また泊まっても良いと思うが、部屋に窓がない点はマイナスかな。"

"The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast had a limited selection and was average at best. The best thing about it is it offers a free airport shuttle which picks up and drops off passengers every 30 minutes."

"Easy access to terminal 2 of Hongqiao airport without going out of the airport. Hotel rooms are a bit small but still pretty comfortable. Service is amazing."
