"We were not informed that housekeeping does not work weekends. Knowing this staff still only stocked the room with 1 shower/face/hand towel each and 1 kitchen towel. Which is not ideal for 3 niights. Luckily we got back to hotel on second night before the front desk closed. Overall okay.., definitely need to disclose the reduced services and has we probably paid the same or even more for a weekend rate. "

However there was what appeared to be mould growing in the bathroom air vent, the main air-con unit smelled musty when operating and there were areas where dust buildup was evident. Have added photos though appreciate with the lack of light, it is hard to see. If those things were fixed it would be great."

"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, I would like to acknowledge the dining room staff. They were very kind, attentive, and clearly trying their best despite the limitations. I truly appreciated their effort."
